Simple present: 'I go'

Simple past 'I went'

Future 'I will work'

Progressive- continuous verb 'ing' 

Present continuous- 'I am going'

Past continuous 'I was going'

Future continuous 'I will be going'

Perfect- PAST tense with auxiliary verb 

I have worked there

I had worked there

Perfect continuous tense- progressive verb with past tense auxiliary 'been' 

I have been working

I had been working there
